Out of respect for all participants, and the sensitive nature of these services, Raylene Sousa Medium reserves the right to end any service if any participant(s) is(are) under the influence of any mind-altering substances that impair their ability to be fully present. No disturbances, rude or loud behavior will be tolerated. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.
Payment
For Classes, Workshops & Development Circles
Payment for classes, workshops and development circles being hosted by Raylene Sousa Medium LLC must be made through Raylene Sousa Medium LLC’s website via PayPal at the time of registration. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You may make the payment via PayPal as a “guest”. Please see PayPal for more information.
Payment for classes, workshops and development circles being hosted by a person or company other than Raylene Sousa Medium LLC are subject to that person’s or company’s terms and conditions.
For Private Sessions
Payment for private sessions must be made through Raylene Sousa Medium LLC’s website via PayPal at the time a session request is made. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You may make the payment via PayPal as a “guest”. Please see PayPal for more information.
For Private Galleries or Private Groups
Due to allowing for a variable number of attendees to private galleries and private groups, Raylene Sousa Medium LLC will invoice you for payment once an event date and time has been selected. Payments can be made via PayPal (as a member or a guest).
Payment via check is accepted only if arrangements are made in advance with Raylene Sousa Medium and a date may be scheduled once the payment by check has been processed completely. Instructions on how to make your payment will be provided when you receive your invoice.
Payment must be processed by the Due Date on the invoice or your event’s date and time will be forfeited.
For Public Galleries
Payment for attendance to a public gallery being hosted by Raylene Sousa Medium LLC must be made through Raylene Sousa Medium LLC’s website via PayPal at the time of registration. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make the payment. You may make the payment via PayPal as a “guest”. Please see PayPal for more information.
Payment for attendance to a public gallery being hosted by a person or company other than Raylene Sousa Medium LLC are subject to that person’s or company’s terms and conditions.
Gift Certificates
Raylene’s gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds on gift certificates. The purchase amount will be applied to the service you have been gifted. However, if you would like to extend your session time, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium via email and an invoice, or booking instructions will be provided for payment due to add additional time.
Refunds
Raylene Sousa Medium LLC does NOT give refunds for any class, workshop, development circle, private session, gift certificates, private gallery, private group, or public gallery. All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations
For Classes, Workshops & Development Circles
If you are not able to attend the class, workshop, or development circle you registered for, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium LLC immediately via email. Please refer to your confirmation email for details. Reminder: There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for classes, workshops, or development circles.
For Private Sessions
If you are not able to attend your session or have decided you no longer want a session with Raylene Sousa Medium LLC, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium LLC immediately via email. Please refer to your confirmation email for details. Reminder: There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for private sessions.
For Private Galleries & Private Groups
If you or your guests are not able to attend your private gallery or private group or have decided you no longer want to have the event with Raylene Sousa Medium LLC, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium LLC immediately via email. Please refer to your confirmation email for details. Reminder: There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for private galleries or private groups.
Rescheduling
For Classes, Workshops & Development Circles
For classes, workshops and development circles hosted by Raylene Sousa Medium LLC, rescheduling is not permitted.
For classes, workshops, and development circles hosted by a person or company other than Raylene Sousa Medium LLC, please refer to their terms and conditions.
For Private Sessions
For private sessions you may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your session’s scheduled date and time. Within the 48 hours prior to your session’s scheduled date and time rescheduling will not be permitted. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for private sessions.
For Private Galleries & Private Groups
For private galleries and private groups, you may request to reschedule your event up to 14 days prior to your event’s scheduled date and time for an additional $100 rescheduling fee. You may not reschedule your event less than 14 days prior to its scheduled date and time. Reminder: There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for private galleries & private groups.
Late Arrival & Early Departure
For Classes, Workshops & Development Circles
Classes, workshops, and development circles will begin and end at their scheduled time. If you must arrive late or leave early, please be respectful to not disturb others when you enter or exit the space.
For Private Sessions
Private sessions will begin and end at their scheduled time. If you know you are going to be late, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium LLC via email. Please see your confirmation email for details.
As a courtesy, for ZOOM Online Video Conferencing Raylene will wait 10 minutes for you past your session start time. After 10 minutes your session will be marked completed.
For PHONE Sessions Raylene will call at your scheduled time. If you do not answer the first time Raylene will attempt to call again. If after 10 minutes you have not answered, your session will be marked completed.
There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for private sessions.
For Private Galleries and Private Groups
Private galleries and private groups will begin and end at their scheduled time. If you know you are going to be late, please notify Raylene Sousa Medium LLC via email. Please see your confirmation email for details.
For Public Galleries
Public galleries will begin and end at their scheduled time. If you must arrive late or leave early, please be respectful to not disturb others when you enter or exit the space. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for Public Galleries.

Participation During Online Private Sessions
Video participation via the Zoom Conferencing App is required.
Please be sure your Zoom App is updated.
Telephone only connections are not permitted.
Audio recording, video recording, all methods of recording, still photography, and screen capturing of the event (Private Sessions, Private Galleries & Private Groups) is strictly prohibited.
Participation During Online Events
Private Galleries, Private Groups and Public Galleries
Video participation via the Zoom Conferencing App is required.
Please be sure your Zoom App is updated.
Telephone only connections are not permitted and will be terminated by Raylene’s staff.
Audio recording, video recording, all methods of recording, still photography, and screen capturing of the event – Private Galleries & Private Groups- is strictly prohibited.
Be mindful that you will be visible to other participants, as well as to Raylene and her staff. Please conduct yourself accordingly.
Participants are required to log into the event 15 minutes prior to its start time to troubleshoot any unexpected technical issues. Participants will not be able to join the event after it has begun.
For Group Registrations:
- Each person MUST have their own individual connection via the Zoom Conferencing App.
- Each person MUST be in a separate room from other group members to avoid microphone/audio feedback.
